1. About these terms
These terms apply to the Void Bot Discord application, its web dashboard and related support features. By using Void Bot, you agree to these terms and acknowledge its Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Void Bot is independently operated and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord.
You can contact Void Bot’s operator through the Void Bot support server.
2. Who can use the service
You must meet Discord’s age and eligibility requirements and comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Install or configure Void Bot only in servers where you have permission to do so. Dashboard controls require the relevant current Discord permissions; backups and restores require Administrator permission.
3. Your server and configuration
Server owners and managers are responsible for choosing suitable staff roles, channel access, moderation rules, retention settings and other configuration. Explain to your members how your server uses tickets, transcripts, moderation and automatic learning. Give access to private tickets and backups only to people who should have it.
Authorized settings can cause automatic replies, message deletion, timeouts, kicks, bans, channel creation, ticket cleanup and other Discord actions. Review the displayed options before enabling features. Some actions cannot be undone, and a local data restore does not recreate deleted Discord channels, roles or messages.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Void Bot for illegal activity, harassment, discrimination, spam, unauthorized monitoring or disclosure of private information. Do not attempt to access another server’s data, bypass permissions, exploit the service or disrupt its operation. Do not submit passwords, login tokens or other secrets through tickets or support requests. Report suspected security issues privately to the operator through the support server.
5. Tickets, moderation and the local helper
Ticket transcripts, moderation records, feedback and reusable support answers may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy. Automatic moderation and the ticket helper can make mistakes. Staff remain responsible for reviewing outcomes and helping members when an automated answer does not solve their issue.
The current helper extracts and matches saved support resolutions locally. It does not use an external generative AI provider. A saved answer may be incomplete or outdated; check that it is appropriate before following it.
6. Availability, backups and changes
Void Bot is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, complete data recovery or a particular outcome. Keep independent copies of information you need. Updates, maintenance, Discord outages, hosting problems or removal of permissions can interrupt features. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
The service’s current features are free to use. Any future paid offering would be described separately before purchase. Features may change or be discontinued. Updated terms will be published on this page with an updated date; review them when deciding whether to continue using the service.
7. Ending use or restricting access
The operator may restrict access to address abuse, security issues or violations of these terms. You may stop using the dashboard, revoke its authorization through Discord and remove the bot from servers you manage. Removing the bot or deleting a Discord ticket channel does not automatically remove local records, archived transcripts or backups. Contact the operator for data access or deletion requests.
8. Support and privacy requests
For help, privacy questions, data access or deletion requests, join the Void Bot support server and request a private conversation with the operator. Identify the relevant Discord server and your relationship to it so the request can be verified. Do not post private ticket contents or credentials in a public support channel.
